November 2021: The number of air and sea transportation passengers increased by 23.55% and 0.44% compared to October 2021

Abstract

Flight frequency increased by 8.67 percent, from 842 flights (October 2021) to 915 flights (November 2021).

The number of air transport passengers rose 23.55 percent, from 57,162 people (October 2021) to 70,622 people (November 2021).

Freight traffic using air transportation decreased by 20.60 percent, from 1,107 tons (October 2021) to 879 tons (November 2021).

The frequency of ship visits at ports in the Kalimantan Tengah region decreased by 7.52 percent, from 718 visits (October 2021) to 664 visits (November 2021).

The number of sea transport passengers rose 0.44 percent, from 24,739 people (October 2021) to 24,848 people (November 2021).

Freight traffic using sea transportation decreased 0.61 percent, from 1.55 million tons (October 2021) to 1.54 million tons (November 2021).

Sea transportation passenger activities are concentrated in Kumai Port (76.46 percent), while the volume of goods flows at Sampit Port (63.07 percent).

July 2024: The number of air transportation passengers during July 2024 increased by 11.52 percent and the number of sea transportation passengers increased by 6.74 percent compared to June 2024
