Abstract

The frequency of visits by ships in the ports of the Kalimantan Tengah region increased by 7.64 percent, from 681 visits (September 2020) to 733 visits (October 2020).
  • The number of passengers via sea transportation rose 4.49 percent, from 17,620 people (September 2020) to 18,412 people (October 2020).
  • Freight traffic by ship increased 21.81 percent, from 1.21 million tons (September 2020) to 1.47 million tons (October 2020).
  • Sea passenger activities are concentrated in Kumai (75.01 percent), while the volume of goods flows is concentrated in Sampit (52.63 percent).
  • Flight frequency increased 0.13 percent, from 745 flights (September 2020) to 746 flights (October 2020).
  • The number of passengers via air transportation increased by 11.62 percent, from 49,765 people (September 2020) to 55,546 people (October 2020).
  • Freight traffic by air also increased 5.15 percent, from 855 tons (September 2020) to 899 tons (October 2020).
