Abstract

Star hotels room occupancy rate (TPK) amounted to 60.00 percent, up 7.82 points compared to previous month, which amounted to 52.18 percent.
The number of guests staying in hotels as many as 17,352 people, consisting of 16,992 domestic guests and 360 foreign guests. Compared to the previous month, the number of domestic guests increased by 15.99 percent, whereas foreign guests decreased by 10.45 percent.
Average Length of Guest Stay (RLTM) in star hotels of 1.50 days, decreased by 0.04 days compared to the previous month. The average length of stay of domestic and foreign guests each for 1.48 days and 2.35 days.
TPK of non-star hotels amounting to 27.17 percent, rose 0.72 points over the previous month.
The number of guests staying in non-star hotels reached 57,875 people, consisting of 57,688 domestic guests and 187 foreign guests. Compared to the previous month, the number of domestic guests increased by 4.34 percent, whereas foreign guests decreased 1.58 percent.
RLTM of non-star hotels recorded 1.21 days, down 0.07 days compared to the previous month. RLTM of domestic and foreign guests - each for 1.21 days and 1.94 days.
