Sectoral Statistics Development and Focus Group Discussion on the Publication of Pulang Pisau Dalam Angka 2025

Amid budget efficiency efforts, Statistics Indonesia (BPS) Pulang Pisau Regency conducted a Sectoral Statistics Development session and a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) on the Publication of Pulang Pisau Dalam Angka 2025 on February 13, 2025. The event, held virtually, was attended by representatives from the SDI Secretariat, data custodians (Walidata), regional government agencies (OPDs), as well as vertical agencies, state-owned enterprises (BUMN), and regionally-owned enterprises (BUMD) that contribute data to the publication.

The event was officially opened by the Head of BPS Pulang Pisau Regency, Mr. Oo Suharto, who expressed appreciation for the continued collaboration to date. In his remarks, he emphasized that high-quality statistics are a fundamental component of effective development planning.

The session also included a presentation on sectoral statistics development, covering topics such as the One Data Indonesia (SDI) initiative, SDI principles, its implementation, the preparation of data inventories and priority datasets, and follow-up actions for capacity building. The material was delivered by Senior Statistician Lum’atul Qomariyah.

The FGD continued with the announcement that the Pulang Pisau Dalam Angka 2025 publication is scheduled for release on February 28, 2025, in coordination with simultaneous releases across Indonesia. During the session, data confirmation was carried out by each participating agency based on submissions previously received by the dissemination team at BPS Pulang Pisau Regency.
