At the beginning of this year, the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Pulang Pisau Regency carried out training activities for prospective National Labor Force Survey (SAKERNAS) officers. Training is carried out in a combination of online and offline. Online training will be held on 22-23 January 2024, while offline training will be held on 24-25 January 2024 in the Pulang Pisau Regency BPS office hall.
The total number of officers trained was 7 people, with 5 as field data collectors and 2 as field inspectors. SAKERNAS is one of the important surveys routinely carried out by BPS to photograph the characteristics of the workforce in a region, which this year was carried out using the CAPI (Computer Assisted Personal Interviewing) method.
Hopefully the implementation of this training can provide many benefits
for officers to obtain quality data and information for regional development.
