Abstract

Data Needs Survey (SKD) is conducted to identify the level of customer needs and satisfaction. SKD 2019 is implemented by all Integrated Statistics Services units of the Central BPS, Provincial BPS, and Regency / Municipality BPS. The results of SKD 2019 were analyzed using several analytical methods, namely cross tabulation analysis, gap analysis, and Importance and Performance Analysis (IPA).
