April 2023: ROR for star hotels reached 38.92 percent and the number of guests staying was 30,980 people

Abstract

The room occupancy rate (ROR) for star hotels during April 2023 reached 38.92 percent, down 9.62 points compared to March 2023 which was 48.54 percent. Meanwhile, the ROR for non-star hotels fell 1.05 points to 20.64 percent.

Compared to the same month the previous year, the ROR for star hotels in April 2023 fell 3.72 points, while non-star hotels rose 2.48 points.

The number of guests staying at star hotels in April 2023 was 30,980 people, down 14.99 percent compared to the previous month. Meanwhile, the number of guests staying at non-star hotels fell 0.10 percent.
