TRAINING FOR SAKERNAS ENUMERATORS

One of the key development indicators released semiannually is related to employment. The National Labor Force Survey (SAKERNAS) serves as a primary instrument for collecting labor market data. A crucial preparatory step prior to field data collection is the training of enumerators.

Held at the auditorium of BPS Pulang Pisau Regency, the training for SAKERNAS enumerators was conducted in preparation for data collection scheduled for February 2025. In addition to in-person sessions, the training was also preceded by three days of online instruction. Uniquely, this implementation also included field practice to enhance enumerators' understanding of survey mapping concepts.

It is hoped that this activity will produce high-quality labor force data and provide valuable input and evaluation to support future regional development planning.
