TRAINING FOR AGRICULTURAL ECONOMIC SURVEY OFFICERS (SEP) 2024

This week, the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Pulang Pisau Regency carried out training activities for prospective Agricultural Economic Survey (SEP) 2024 officers. Learning in this officer training activity was carried out using blended learning, namely a combination of online/online and offline/offline, with combining synchronous and asynchronous patterns.

This training is held with the aim of:

a. Carrying out technical coordination in the context of implementing the SEP.

b. Submission of questionnaire materials and guidebooks that will be used for field implementation of SEP.

c. Provides a comprehensive unified understanding of SEP data collection in terms of concepts, definitions, theory and field implementation.

d. Availability of officers who are reliable and have motivation and enthusiasm in carrying out field data collection for the 2024 Agricultural Economic Survey (SEP).

In general, the 2024 Agricultural Economic Survey is a combination of the Farmer Income Survey (last 2013) and Cost Structure Survey (last 2017).

Data collection for the 2024 Agricultural Economic Survey (SEP) was carried out in June 2024. The purpose of the SEP is to obtain information:

- Characteristics of agricultural business units.

- Income from agricultural activities.

- Expenditures of agricultural business units

- Owned investments, finances and insurance.

- etc.

Hopefully the officers can carry out data collection well and smoothly for quality agricultural data.
